“We have worked with some of Portland’s best designers so that every detail from the meeting and event space to the luxurious green room and one of a kind bathrooms has been created with our guests in mind,” said Carr.
“We wanted to create a space where clients could host one-of-a-kind events that line up with the values and experiences they always receive when hiring us as their caterer and creating that true Portland experience. Everett West is that unique place where chic meets comfort,” said Carr.
Everett West is also partnering with some of Portland’s most unique caterers, including Buenos Dias, Hodas, Ash Pizza, Boke Bowl, and Crown Paella to name a few in addition to the one of a kind farm to table options available from Artemis Foods.
“One of the services we are excited to offer is our signature beverage service with seasonal handcrafted cocktails created with locally sourced ingredients, and some of the best northwest microbrews and Willamette Valley wines for our guests to select from as they create their Portland event experience,” said Carr.
In advance of the official opening, Everett West is already booking corporate and private events through the end of the year and into 2019, though dates are still available.
